I don't believe any company would want to hire any of those contestants. The bitching, back biting, politics and sheer incompetence should send any half-way sane recruiter diving for cover. But then, what sort of company would get somebody with no experience to do up their rental property or design and execute the billboard campaign.
High on entertainment value, but very low on reality.

I don't mind reality shows but The Apprentice (both the UK and and the Irish versions) just leave me cold. When I go home I want to leave the office behind me. I don't want to watch a load of braying, ambitious young executives trying to stab each other in the back. Can somebody explain the attraction? I just don't get it.

It's like 'The Office' but without David Brent. Pure entertainment and very cringey
